We take reasonable steps to limit access to this information to authorized personnel who need it to follow up on your request.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website loads a small number of third-party resources needed to make the site work, including:
- Google Fonts (for typography) and Google Apps Script/Sheets (to process orientation form submissions);
- Publicly hosted icon and utility libraries used purely for design purposes;
- Links to our official social media pages (e.g. Facebook), which are governed by that platform's own privacy policy once you leave our site.
These services may process limited technical data (such as IP address) as part of normal internet functioning, but we do not use them to build advertising profiles of visitors.
